Dudley Chase (died 1846) was an American politician who represented Vermont in the United States Senate across 2 separate periods of service between 1813 and 1831, between the 13th and 21st Congresses. Chase served as a Democratic-Republican and later as an Anti-Jacksonian. Chase died on February 23, 1846.
