Thomas Clayton (died 1854) was an American politician who represented Delaware in the United States Senate across 2 separate periods of service between 1824 and 1847, between the 18th and 29th Congresses. Clayton served as an Adams-Clay Federalist and later as a Whig. Clayton died on August 21, 1854.
