James Brown (died 1835) was an American politician who represented Louisiana in the United States Senate across 2 separate periods of service between 1813 and 1823, between the 12th and 18th Congresses. Brown served as a Democratic-Republican and later as an Adams-Clay Republican. Brown died on April 7, 1835.
